Trade Desk Specialist

The Trade Desk Specialist’s role is to provide first-level and first-class support answering questions and resolving participant issues related to trading, market data and technology.

Your tasks:

  • Support day to day associated tasks with operations, trade support and overisght over live production trading systems
  • Handling and responsible inbound calls and emails
  • Communication market participants and vendors


  • Bsc
  • Experience in a securities related field
  • Experience of monitoring and support of production mission critical trading and market data systems preferred
  • Working with deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and situations and complete work under pressure
  • Customer on-boading experience
  • SQL and linux / windows
