Functieomschrijving
As a operational oversight specialist you are involved in challenging service providers to meet the SLA's, monitor changes, manage contacts with service providers / external managers /administrators as well as internal departments. You also take responsibility in continuously improving the business infrastructure and business architecture.
Some responsibilities of the role are as follows:
· Oversight of all the activities performed by the external service providers.
· Leading and if needed initiate changes / improvement / innovations on the spects of all Operations activities within an Asset Manager.
· Project responsibilities and-or project participation to change projects
· Activities related to oversight / monitoring / change services
You are:
The Operations Specialist Oversight gets energy of a diverse palette of administrative tasks, monitoring tasks, working closely together with highly experienced colleagues and enjoys coming up with new solutions. He or she knows what stakeholder management means and likes to have personal contact with stakeholders to optimize the relations- /partnership.
You have a Msc degree, at least 10 years of experience in financial services of which a minimum of 5 years in Asset Management.
