For my client, an intermediair in Asset Management I am looking for a hands on professional looking for a job with many aspects! In short: Asset management Support: focus on Business Development Support, Organisational skills, spider in the web, excel knowledge needed

 

They are a intermediair between boutique asset managers and professional investors and distributors throughout the Nordics and the Netherlands.

  • They markets investment management strategies with a unique approach to investing in mayor asset classes.
  • A small employee owned entrepreneurial firm.
  • Transparent about the managers we introduce, and the key criteria we use before partnering                      with them.
  • Honest, open and direct in our communication

 

I am looking for someone with the following characteristics:

?         Entrepreneurial, positive, enthusiastic

 

?         Practical

 

?         Self-starter, with limited need of guidance, able to operate autonomously

 

?         Social skills

 

?         Commercial and creative

 

?         Analytical, good with numbers

 

?         IT skills such as excel, internet, new programs, internet solutions

 

?         Financial knowledge and a natural interest in investing

 

?         Excellent English skills

 

?         Internationally oriented and willing to travel from time to time

 

?         Precise

 

The day to day tasks are broad, but can be tailored on the expertise and interest of you. Some activities you can think of: 

  • Calculate fund performances

  • Creating and updating commercial presentations

  • Initializing monthly and quarterly mailings in Salesforce

  • Client allocation research

  • Performance and other data collection

  • Production of KIID, Factsheets, PRIIPS

  • Solvency 2 reporting

  • Complete checklists

  • Client reporting\Provider reporting

  • Activity overview, what do we send to the Investment Managers

  • Set up and coordinate webinars

  • Check websites and regulator status

  • Respond to questions of salespeople

  • Prepare and plan roadshows

  • Create EET and EMT

  • Compose RfP text in coordination with IM

  • Answers questions for new account openings
  • Website maintenance
