Back Office Operations Derivatives
Your job will be in the Processing department of Operations, specifically the derivatives team. Processing is the entry point to the day-to-day client business and the team knows & understands the entire transaction flow. Processing monitors this flow, solves errors and exceptions (whenever necessary), and maintains a robust & predictable process, to improve client service. The team is focussed on automation, digitalisation and process optimisation, in a dynamic business environment.
Your job
As a Process Officer it is your job to deliver different products timely, correct and adequate to our clients. You will mainly have an internal focus and are responsible to run and improve the day to day business and its processes. You will learn all about the end-to-end flows in Clearing and get deep knowledge on the activities within Operations. Within the team you'll become an expert on equities and the accompanied corporate actions.

Your day-to-day coverage will include;
- Running the day-to-day business and initiate improvements for these processes
- Monitor, investigate and correct transactions to guide them to our clients
- Cooperate in projects
- Diving in-to the world of Clearing
Your profile
- Our ideal candidate is good at independent running the day-to-day activities. She or he is energized by determining, initiating and realizing improvements in order to deliver an improved service for our clients.
- Knowledge in the areas of; securities clearing, corporate actions
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 - 3 year work experience or internships in the financial industry
- Knowledge of derivative processing is a plus
