Client Services is providing a high level of service to our clients in order to help create high quality global relationships, increase client satisfaction, retain revenues to the firm and increase assets under management from current assets. We ensure all activities of the firm are performed to the clients' satisfaction and in keeping with client's Investment Guidelines, Compliance/Regulatory requirements and comply with our control frame work. We are dealing in partnership with global sales offices with existing clients to enable the sales staff to focus on generating new business.

Your role
The Junior Client Service Officer is responsible for managing the daily reporting activities and contract routing process for our  wholesale and institutional clients investing in the Robeco funds. The junior Client Service officer will service the client's needs by phone, mail, personal contact and/or together with the Relation/Sales Managers. You add value in the chain and therefore you are a self-confident, innovative and strong sparring partner for our clients and stakeholders. As a junior Client Service officer you will have the following responsibilities:
• Ensure the response to daily, informal ad-hoc client enquiries & requests on diverse service matters
• Coordination the contract routing process
• Monitor and ensure that all commitment towards our clients are fulfilled
• Perform the daily reporting activities

• At least 3-5 years of relevant full-time work experience, preferably within Client Services team
• Skills, knowledge and experience to partner with key stakeholders in global sales and account management teams.
• Academic or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related business or financial field preferred
• In-depth knowledge about asset management and in particular fund distribution
• Understanding of the worldwide distribution of mutual funds through fund platforms
• Possession of strong analytical skills, detail-oriented while remaining pragmatically minded
• Ability to prioritize and work accurately to tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a true global mindset; sensitive for cultural differences
