In this role as a Facility and Procurement Coordinator you are responsible for the development, implementation and management of a first class service to the business.

This will be across several sites and cover all facilities management disciplines. You will establish quality communication mechanisms, excellent management information processes and procedures as well as delivery of excellent customer service standard to a wide customer

Do you have:

  •       HBO Facility Management, Hoge Hotelschool or equivalent.;
  •       3+ years of relevant Facility Management working experience;
  •       Excellent verbal and very good standard of written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  •       A strong sense of customer service, and promote a sense of team spirit within the office

 Are you:

  • Self-motivated. Able to prioritize demands and make decisions under pressure.
  • Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, 
  • As required. Be self-sufficient: able to work on your own as well as in a team.
  • Must be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time
