By working together they are responsible for processing approximately 15 million transactions on average per day.
Your job
Your job will be in the Processing department. Processing is the entry point to the day-to-day client business and the team knows & understands the entire transaction flow. Processing monitors this flow, solves errors and exceptions (whenever necessary), and maintains a robust & predictable process, to improve client service. The team is focused on automation, digitalisation and process optimisation, in a dynamic business environment. Control is responsible for accurate, reliable, consistent and timely data, including the integrity and accessibility of client and transaction data. Control also guards the operational governance through service level agreements, MI reports and data quality management. Your role will be based within the data management or reconciliation sub-teams.
As a Process Officer in Operations you will mainly have an internal focus and are responsible to run and improve the day to day business and its processes. You will learn all about the end-to-end flows in Clearing and get deep knowledge on the activities within Operations and become interchangeable between the different flows in Operations.
Because we work in an international environment and have many international colleagues, the official language is English. However, the most important thing is that you have a passion for your work and would like to learn and grow within our organisation every day.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent
- Some experience or internships in the financial industry is a pre
- Data analytic skills
- Knowledge of the clearing industry (our role in the market), financial products, and our global client base
- Drive to perform and result oriented
- Flexible and shows backbone
- Problem solver
- Cooperative
