Selection procedure
The selection starts with a discussion about the function profile. When this is clear for our consultant, the search for candidates can commence. Thanks to our background in the financial sector, we can quickly and thoroughly assess the requirements and thus select the very best candidates. Once the right candidates have been selected, you will be presented with a shortlist and can start planning interviews with the candidates. Temporary staff are employed by Total Solutions during the assignment or work independently as a freelancer. Once you have approved the candidate, they can start work. The entire selection procedure, including a PES screening, can be realised within just a few days. For many functions, we work on a no-cure, no-pay basis.
