Junior Vendor Manager General Services

The Global Procurement & Third Party Management department plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth operation. The objective of the department is to support the organization in procuring high quality products and services and maintaining operational resilience in a regulated environment. In this context, the Procurement department is responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring that they comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Position

As a junior Procurement & Third Party Manager (TPM) in the category "General Services" your main priority will be to procure marketing & sales, HR, facilities and professional services related goods and services. 

You will be working closely with various teams and departments within the organization (Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Services, Internal Communications, Facilities Management), as well as with external service providers. It is important to have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and manage relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring that our vendors comply with relevant regulations, as well as our internal policies and standards. You will also monitor and assess the performance, risk, and resilience of our vendors, and report on any issues or incidents that may affect our operations or reputation. Requirements

  • You have 1 - 3 years experience in procurement, relationship management, and performance monitoring as a Procurement professional or Third Party Risk Manager, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Msc or MSc degree
  • Dutch and English
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring of vendors, and vendor performance monitoring, as well as experience with (P2P) procurement processes or Workday as a procurement system is preferred.
  • You are positive, accurate, and flexible, with an analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
